1. Who we are
familiafoto.com is published by METIS, a SASU (French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €100, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 991 555 574, 120 Chemin de Ceinture, 13400 Aubagne, France. 2. The service
FamiliaFoto offers online games in which the characters take on the faces of your family, from photos you choose. The games work in your browser, without creating an account. They are intended for personal and family use, not for commercial use.
3. Your photos
- The photos are processed only on your device. They are neither sent nor stored by us (see the privacy policy).
- You agree to use only photos that you have the right to use, of people who agree to appear in them. For minors, use of the site is under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
4. Free trial and Family Pack
- Free trial: one round of Endless Run, with the hero and up to 2 family members.
- Family Pack: all the games without limit (including those added later), up to 16 faces, keepsake photo without the logo. The exact content is described on the Family Pack page.
- Price: €2.99 including VAT for France, as a one-time payment. The price may vary by country; it is always shown in your currency, taxes included, before payment.
- Access: the Pack is activated immediately after payment, in the browser used for the purchase. An activation key is sent to you by email so you can activate it on another device or after clearing your browser data. Keep it safe.
5. Order and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects the payment, issues the invoice, handles the applicable taxes and deals with questions related to the order and to refunds. Paddle's terms of purchase apply in addition to these terms.
6. Withdrawal and refund
The Family Pack is digital content supplied immediately after payment. We go beyond our legal obligations: you can ask for a full refund of your purchase for 14 days, without having to give a reason. The details are set out in the refund policy.
7. Changes to the service
We keep improving the games and may add, change or, exceptionally, remove some of them. The games included in the Family Pack at the time of your purchase remain available for as long as the site is in operation. The site may be temporarily unavailable, in particular for maintenance.
8. Intellectual property
The games, illustrations, texts and the FamiliaFoto brand belong to METIS. The photos you use remain yours.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, METIS cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If there is a problem, please write to us first at contact@familiafoto.com: we always look for an amicable solution.
