Your photos never leave your device

The photos you add are processed only in your browser. They are never sent over the Internet, neither to us nor to anyone else, and they are not saved: they disappear when you close the page.

What is kept on your device

• The best scores for each game, with the player's first name, to display the records.
• After a purchase, the Family Pack activation key, so that the Pack stays active.

This information stays in your browser. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.

What we don't do

No account, no advertising, no audience measurement tool, no tracking cookie.

When you make a purchase

Payment is handled by Paddle, our online reseller, which collects the information needed for the order (email address, country, payment method) under its own privacy policy. We only receive the information needed to follow up on your order (email address, country, amount). We never see your bank details.

Hosting

As with any website, our host (Cloudflare) processes the technical data needed to display the pages, such as your IP address and browser type, and may keep short-term logs for security purposes. These logs never contain your photos.

Our YouTube channel

We publish our own videos on our FamiliaFoto YouTube channel using the YouTube API Services. This internal tool is only used to upload our videos: it does not read, store or share any data about visitors to this site or YouTube viewers. When you watch our videos on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply. Any access granted to an application on a Google account can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to contact@familiafoto.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
