Your photos stay with you

The photos you add are processed only in your browser, on your own device. They are never sent over the Internet, neither to us nor to anyone else, and they are not saved: they disappear when you close the page.

• No account, no cookies, no advertising, no audience measurement tool.
• The best scores for each game, with the player's first name, are kept in your browser only, to display the records. You can delete them by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.
• As with any website, our host processes the technical data needed to display the pages (IP address, browser type) and may keep short-term logs for security purposes. These logs never contain your photos.

Use photos of people who agree to appear in them. For any question about your data, write to contact@familiafoto.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Intellectual property

The games, illustrations and texts of the site are the property of METIS. The Lilita One and Nunito fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. The photos you use remain yours.

Liability

The games are provided as they are (the trial is free, the Family Pack is paid: see the terms). They may change or be discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, METIS cannot be held liable for any damage related to the use of the site. This legal notice is governed by French law.
