The Great Rescue: a platform game to save Grandpa

A real platform game, like the ones on game consoles, except the hero has your child's face. They cross the meadow, the beach, the forest and the snow all the way to the night castle, where someone from the family is waiting in a cage, shouting "Help!". Grandpa, Grandma, an uncle or a big sister: you choose who needs saving.

Play The Great Rescue

First you add a family photo, then you pick the faces: it takes about a minute.

How to play

Use the arrows or the on-screen buttons to move, Space or the jump button to jump.
Jump on the family pranksters to catch them, and leap over the prickly hedgehogs.
Bump the star blocks with your head, bounce on the springs, and ride the moving platforms and elevators.
Three hearts for the adventure. After a fall, you start again close by, and "Play again" picks up from the world you reached.

There is a real goal, and that goal is someone you love. Every world brings something new, introduced by a little tip, and it never becomes impossible. Kids from 6 to 12 hang in there to reach the end, and the moment the cage opens never gets old.
