Frequently asked questions

Are my photos sent over the Internet?

No. The photos are opened and cut out directly in your browser, on your device. They are neither sent nor stored by us, and they disappear when you close the page.

Do I need to create an account or install an app?

No. The games work in the browser of a tablet, phone or computer, with no account and nothing to install.

Is it free?

Trying it costs nothing: one round of Endless Run is on us, with the hero and two family members. To unlock everything, the Family Pack costs €2.99 (or the equivalent in your currency, shown at checkout) as a one-time payment, with no subscription: all the games, including future ones, up to 16 faces and the keepsake photo without the logo.

How many people can I add to the games?

Up to 16 faces with the Family Pack: the hero and 15 family members, and even the dog or the cat.

Which photo should I choose?

A sharp photo where the faces are well lit and big enough. A group photo works very well: you draw around each face one after another. The sharper the photo, the better the hair is cut out.

What age is it for?

From age 2 with Pop the Bubbles and Hook a Duck, then Catch It All and Whack the Mole around age 3. Action games like The Great Rescue are better from age 6, and Family Pairs or the puzzle are loved at every age.

Can two people play?

Yes: Kart Race, Pillow Fight, Tennis and Four in a Row can be played by two on the same screen. Playing alone, you take on the family, played by the computer: the kart Grand Prix, the pillow fight and tennis tournaments, the Four in a Row levels. In Sea Battle, you take on the fleet of a family member, who gets a little smarter at every sea.

Aren't the games too hard for little ones?

Every game starts very easy, then builds up level by level, with a little tip for each new thing. The action games give hearts or life rings to catch up, and in the calm games, someone from the family gives a helping hand when you get stuck. For ages 2 to 5, Pop the Bubbles and Hook a Duck have no timer and no "game over".

Could my child buy something by mistake?

No. Every purchase goes through a question meant for adults, then through payment with Paddle, our online reseller. There are no ads and no hidden purchases in the games.
